Ball Candles Can Give Your Home the Perfect Smell and Look By Brenda M.

Ball candles are a perfect decoration in any room and they fill it with a sweet perfume. Candles have been in use since ancient times; primarily they served the purpose of lighting rooms at night. Like all scented candles, These can be used for three functions: they are perfect for decoration, they are scented, and of course they give off light.
To make scented candles, it is very important to use only non-toxic oil as the fumes from toxic oil in a closed room can add up to a dangerous level.  Ball candles are very popular in Scandanavian countries and have been in use for a long time.
There are many candles available in the markets which are not scented, yet they look very beautiful. On the other hand there are many traditional ones which are not scented and they look very simple. Regardless of the type type, burning them safely requires a candle holder. Like candles, candle holders also come in different shapes and sizes. Their main purpose besides holding a candle is to decorate the room with their design. In fact matching a candle to a holder and then making sure that they will look good in a room is very important. Whenever candles are burned and the wax starts to melt and then drip, the candle holder collects it and prevents it from spilling over. There are candles which when burned do not drip. These are known as dripless taper candles.
They get their name from their shape; they are completely round like a ball with their bottom being flat. They come in different sizes and scents with different colors and textures. Certain candles are made from soy wax and these candles are used only for lighting as they are simple in design, white, and unscented.
Ball candles are available in different packaging; mostly they come in pairs or in a set of three. These are very popular as they are very cheap and easily available in stores or online. These are mostly used for decorative purpose and make an excellent gift for a hostess.
