Soy Pillar Candles Provide More Cleanliness And Style By Brenda M.

Over the years, soy pillar candles have surely grown in popularity. They are considered as a very good alternative to the traditional paraffin candles. The materials are actually a byproduct of soy beans. As the world grows more aware of the deteriorating environmental conditions, people are now more concerned about what they put in the air. From simple CO2 emissions to toxins being burned, it's all about cleaner air and these are a bit safer and cleaner than its predecessors made of paraffin.
These candles do not contain any petroleum products which make them extremely soft and messy to handle and shape, so some additional components are added. As pure soy candles have a very low melting point, they cannot be molded into candles, so sometimes soy candles are made in glass jars.
One of the benefits is that they can be made into dripless pillar candles using the double wax layer technique. In addition to this, soy wax is cheaper than bee wax and this makes them not only environmentally friendly but also more economical. Another very important feature is that they do not harm the environment by creating toxins.
In terms of cost, soy pillar candles cost slightly more, but when you compare it with the cost of cleaning the traditional paraffin candle wax to dripless taper candle versions, they are worth buying. These candles come in different shapes and sizes and one of the most common candles are ball candles. The square cylindrical versions of soy pillar candles come in different sizes and different number of wicks. Some of the larger ones come with two or even three wicks.
When it comes to decorating a room with soy pillar candles, it is very important to make sure that a glass stand is used to avoid the wax from dripping over area where it is placed. The scented version is a better choice for those who would like to create a romantic mood.
